Cancellation Policy
All paramedical tattoo services require a medical intake review before treatment can be scheduled. Clients must complete the Paramedical Medical Intake & Consent Form in full before a consultation or procedure appointment can be confirmed. This process helps determine treatment suitability, supports safe planning, and allows for proper healing considerations. Paramedical consultations are complimentary. During the consultation, the treatment area and service goals will be reviewed, and a customized treatment plan will be discussed. Once a treatment plan is approved and a procedure appointment is scheduled, a 50% deposit is required to secure the appointment. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Healing outcomes vary based on skin condition, scar tissue, medical history, and any previous treatments. Full and accurate medical disclosure is required before moving forward.
